Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
  • Refund claim requested will be entertained only upon within 24 hours from the date of booking.
  • Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us in original packed, labelled condition, unused condition which shall vary from product to products depending upon their feature within 7 working days of the date of delivery.
  • In case product is defective or damaged then the Somnathagarbatti.com will replace and reship the product to the same billing address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
  • In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then you will be informed about the same and the same product will be redelivered to the billing address of the order and you will be extra charged for redelivery, repacking, for the replaced/redelivered product.
  • If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to you through registered email.
  • Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the company within 3 days period after date of request for claim.
  • For claim, it is mandatory to provide explanation of reasons for a refund and your order information.
  • During that period your request for refund will be referred to concern department before determining whether or not refund should be granted.
  • Somnathagarbatti.com retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification by Somnathagarbatti.com will either reship/replace the product to you.
  • Grant of Refund claim amount shall be credited only to the original account from which payment was made through authorised intermediary and acquiring bank.
